![]() I will look if ACM is running, stop it, and then try to encode an mp3 in AudioDirector, may be this will reveal something. I am of the same opinion in relation to windows taking over the encoding, I think I read somewhere that media player was required, thought I can't remember where just now. Needless to say no one got back to me since. To this I got a reply stating my inquiry has been escalated, and that as soon as information was available it would receive it. Yesterday I posted another support ticket, inquiring why that after five days no one answered my first request. ![]() Has anyone else got these issues, or any solutions. ![]() I run none of these programs when am using Cyberlink software, yet they will not run properly. I run paint shop pro, web servers, mail servers and any amount of other software, and have no problems at all. I use an acer v3 with an i5-3210M processor, and 6 gig of ram. I think the two problems are linked, but I have no idea as to what is causing them. To start before I import or press play this issue resolves after the first file in either application is played, though the problems also show up from time to time for no apparent reason. This happens mostly when i start either of these programs up, import a file, and hit play, I leave lots of time for the programs ![]() It too will freeze when I click on play, and after an inordinate amount of time the file will play. It freezes, and will not play, then after a good long wait, the video plays, I have the exact same problem with AudioDirector. I have one other problem with both PowerDirector and AudionDirector, that is, when I open a video file in PowerDirector, Ive contacted the Cyberlink support in relation to the codec. ![]()
